House Rules

Lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. Close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove etc.) and turn off the water taps.

In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the host has the right to enter the house to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner must inform the guest about the entry into the house as soon as possible.

In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the house the guest must notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest shall pay for the damage.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside and in the kitchen/konoba.

Please provide the host with your travel documents, in order to be registered with the relevant authorities. This is a legal requirement. Please also read the Your Personal Data section and GDPR disclaimer. 

All additional guests must be notified to the host and registered with the authorities. This is a legal requirement.

If you have a pet please make sure that all droppings are removed from the lawn.

It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the property.
