To make your stay more comfortable and safe

As our guest, you have the exclusive use of the house, garden, parking, swimming pool and all amenities. Feel free to use all the gadgets, utensils, food, drinks, and everything else we have left in the house for your enjoyment.

There are some basic aspects of how to use the property. If you encounter any problem or malfunction, please inform the owner by phone.
Here are some important things you should know:

  • WI-FI

  • SWIMMING POOL

    Salt water is in the pool. Guests use the pool at their own peril and responsibility. Small children must never be left unattended! It is very important to shower before using the pool.

  • WATER
    Tap water is safe for drinking. Careful: hot water in kitchen and bathrooms!
  • AIR CONDITION
    To use the air conditioners, press the POWER button and choose the desired temperature. When turned on, please keep all doors and windows closed.
  • WASTE DISPOSAL
    Household waste must be placed in closed bags and left in the bin(s) outside the house.
  • PARTIES

    Parties in large groups are not allowed.

  • NOISE
    Please be respectful of the neighborhood. No loud noise after 10 pm!
  • ELECTRICITY
    The electrical safety switches are located in the hall at the entrance of the house.
  • SAFETY
    The fire extinguisher and the first aid kit are located in the drawers in the living room.
  • IRON AND BOARD
    The iron and drying rack are in the storage room near the kitchen.
