House Rules

Accommodation is available from 16.00 hr on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.

In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the host has the right to enter the house to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner must inform the guest about the entry into the house as soon as possible.

In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the house the guest must notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest shall pay for the damage.

No smoking inside the house!

Lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. Close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove etc.) and turn off the water taps.

All additional guests must be notified to the host and registered with the authorities. This is a legal requirement.

It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the property.
