As our guest, you have the exclusive use of the house, garden, parking, swimming pool and all amenities. Feel free to use all the gadgets, utensils, food, drinks, and everything else we have left in the house for your enjoyment.
There are some basic aspects of how to use the property. If you encounter any problem or malfunction, please inform the owner by phone.
Here are some important things you should know:

Guests use the pool at their own peril and responsibility.
Small children must never be left unattended!
It is very important to shower before using the pool.
Pool depht is 1,70 m.
Tap water is safe for drinking.
Careful: hot water in kitchen and bathrooms!
To use the air conditioners, press the POWER button and choose the desired temperature. When turned on, please keep all doors and windows closed.
Household waste must be placed in closed bags and left in the green bins next to the gate.
Recycling bins for paper, glass and plastics and cans are in front of the house on the main road.
Parties in large groups are not allowed.
Please be respectful of the neighborhood. No loud noise after 10 pm, or before 7 am!
Electrical safety switches are inside the room on the left side, next to the main entrance door.
The first aid kit is located inside the room on the left side, right next to the main entrance door.
The iron and board are located inside the room on the left side, right next to the main entrance door.
There is a safe for guests use in the wardrobe of the room located on the second floor.
There is one fire extinguisher on every floor of the house.
You are welcome to use all the fireplaces and barbecue. We have woods and coal already
prepared for you and you can use it for free.
Do not place coffee makers, frying pans, large pots, wood cutting boards, and other wooden
utensils in the dishwasher! Please hand wash.
Final cleaning of the house is included in price.
