Household waste must be placed in closed bags and left in the green bins next to the gate.
Recycling bins for paper, glass and plastics and cans are upstairs in front of the house on the main road.
Please do not throw waste in the fire! Ashes must be collected in the appropriate buckets.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, on the terraces and in the pool house and konoba.
Guests use the pool at their own peril and responsibility.
Small children must never be left unattended!
It is very important to shower before using the pool.
Do not touch the pool machinery.
Pets are strictly forbidden from entering the pool.
When the air conditioning is on, close all the windows.
Please switch off all air conditioning when leaving the house.
Parties in large groups are not allowed.
Lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. Close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove etc.) and turn off the water taps.
In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the host has the right to enter the house to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner must inform the guest about the entry into the house as soon as possible.
In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the house the guest must notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest shall pay for the damage.
All additional guests need to be approved by the owner and registered with the authorities. This is a legal requirement.
Please be respectful of the neighbourhood. No loud noises are allowed between 10 pm and 9.
Late departures are not possible if there is another arrival on the same day. Check-out time is 11 am.
