The most modern cellar in Istria with a total surface of 2200 square meters arranged on 3 floors, with a stainless steel tank cellar and oak barrels cellar, laboratory and storehouse. The winery is built in a sustainable way using gravity racks and plants on both the roof and the walls aiming to respect inclusion of the building into the landscape. Terrace above vineyards where wine tastings are held has a glass fence that gives visitors an illusion of floating over vineyards.
The cellar is next to the vineyards resulting in a minimum time span between and grape pressing.
