To make your stay more comfortable and safe

As our guest, you have the exclusive use of the house, garden, parking, swimming pool and all amenities. Feel free to use all the gadgets, utensils, food, drinks, and everything else we have left in the house for your enjoyment.

There are some basic aspects of how to use the property. If you encounter any problem or malfunction, please inform the property manager by phone.

  • WI-FI

  • ACCESS AND USE

    Guests have the exclusive use of the whole house, pool, courtyard and parking.

    The house has 6500 square meters of courtyard fenced with over 50 olive trees.

  • UNDERFLOOR HEATING

    The house has underfloor heating.

  • AIR CONDITION

    To use the fan-coil air conditioners, press the POWER button and choose the desired temperature. 
    When the air conditioning is on, close all the windows. Please switch off all air conditioning when leaving the house.

  • TV

    The TV has AIR PLAY.

    Languages: German, Italian, Croatian

  • SOUND SYSTEM

    The house contains Sonos Sound System in every room and on the terrace.

  • SWIMMING POOL

    Guests use the pool at their own peril and responsibility.
    Small children must never be left unattended!
    The pool has 42 square meters, and it can be heated.
    It is very important to shower before using the pool.

  • WELLNESS

    There is a wellness with a Dus Sauna at your disposal.

  • JACCUZZI

    As our guest, you have at your disposal jaccuzzi.

  • SEA VIEW

    The house has a beautiful sea view from the ground floor.

  • BARBECUE

    Guests are more than welcome to use the barbecue.

  • WATER
    Tap water is safe for drinking. Careful: hot water in kitchen and bathrooms!
  • STEPS
    Mind the steps! Guests are advised not to leave small children unattended, especially on staircases and near the water.
  • E-CHARGER

    The house is equipped with the e-charger for cars.

  • PLAYGROUND

    To have more fun and free time, the house contains also a kids playground.
