Meat delicacies like Fiorentina steak, beef steak, salami, and ‘ombolo’ steak are prepared on the grill using firewood.<\/p>\n

Here at the Rino Tavern, guests can taste some of the unique Istrian specialties like home-made pasta, gnocchi, ‘fu\u017ei’ and other types of pasta dishes with truffles, asparagus, Istrian beef goulash, ‘puli\u0107’ donkey or game goulash and ‘\u017egvacet’ hen stew. The seasonal delicacies and tasty specialties of the house are prepared by the owner and the main chef Timka, who will take you on a culinary journey with her knowledge and her skills.<\/p>\n
