GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS:<\/b>
1. The reservation is concluded and confirmed from the moment the customer pays an advance payment of 30% of the total invoice amount.
The rest of the amount will be charged at least 3 days before the agreed departure.<\/p>\n

2. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to stay on the yacht. If the lessee voluntarily takes a child who is under 13 years old, then he bears the responsibility for the same during the voyage.
The owner of the yacht and the captain cannot be held responsible.<\/p>\n

3. In case of bad weather, the captain can make a decision not to set sail. The charterer then has the right to choose a new sailing date. The tenant does not have the right to request the return of the advance payment.
